“I Took Care of Myself” is about standing up for yourself and leaving a situation – a relationship – a place that doesn’t do you any good. With driving Hammond organ, rolling drums and outbursts of percussion and woodwind, this track is high in intensity.

The cover is a vibrant illustration by Ingrid Torvund, who also created the incredible art for the album.
